Our coaches are experts in all things field hockey. They are dedicated to helping our players improve their skills and technique. We use various training methods and drills to help players develop their stick-handling, passing, and shooting skills, as well as their game IQ and strategic thinking.

 

We prepare our players for competition by focusing on strategy, tactics, and mental preparation. Our coaches provide guidance and support to help players perform at their best during games and tournaments.

 

We focus on individual skills and emphasize the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Our coaches work with players to develop strong communication skills and foster a positive, beneficial team culture on and off the field.
